Persyaratan Visa Schengen ke Norway untuk mengunjungi pacar ataupun tunangan

Beberapa tahun terakhir ini saya melakukan perjalanan ke Norway untuk mengunjungi si akang nun jauh disana. Tahun ini adalah kunjungan saya yang ke 5, rencananya kali ini saya akan pergi tanggal 9-31 Juli 2015, untungnya visa saya sudah selesai.

Biasanya saya mengajukan aplikasi visa bisnis, sekalian mengunjungi kantor headquater di Oslo, namun untuk tahun ini kami mengajukan aplikasi dengan tipe yang berbeda, yaitu visa untuk kunjungan pacar/tunangan karena memang tidak ada kunjungan bisnis kali ini.

Tipe visa ini persyaratannya jauh lebih ribet dibandingkan dengan visa kunjungan bisnis, dan cukup bikin stress juga, gara-garanya si akang kirim dokumennya pake normal service udah gitu ada yang kurang dan musti kirim lagi, udah pake yang katanya kilatpun nyampenya mau dua minggu juga, gimana ngga stress coba! Sedikit saran aja, kalo waktu prosesnya masih lama gpp pake nomal post, kalo udah mepet mendingan pake coureer aja deh, save the hassle dan deg-degannya itu loooooh....

Dibeberapa forum yang saya ikuti, selalu banyak pertanyaan mengenai persyaratannya, setiap negara pasti sedikit berbeda walopun sama-sama Schengen. Saya hanya akan memberikan sedikit highlight untuk persyaratan yang mungkin sedikit membingungkan. So, bear with me ya ;-)

Invitation letter: Surat ini harus dikirim asli, tidak boleh scan copy, pokonya original. Didalamnya harus menyebutkan tujuan kunjungan, durasi dan tanggal kunjungan, selain itu harus disebutkan juga jenis hubungan (girl/boyfriend atau fiancè/fiancee) dan sudah berapa lama. Surat ini saya draft sendiri udah gitu dikirim ke si akang, dia mah udah cuma tinggal tandatangan dan kirim dokumennya.

 

Contoh Invitation Letter untuk Multiple Entry Visa

Travel insurance: jangan lupa harus selalu ditambahin 15 hari dari tanggal kepulangan. Sebagai contoh, kalo kamu rencana pulang tanggal 31 Juli, maka travel insurance-mu harus berlaku sampai dengan tanggal 15 Agustus.

Guarantee Form for Visit: Apabila dana direkeningmu ngga mencukupi untuk membiayai selama perjalanan, maka pihak sponsor harus memberikan financial guarantee, dokumen ini harus diisi oleh pihak sponsor, ditandatangan dan di cap oleh pihak kepolisian dimana sang sponsor tinggal. Dokumen ini juga harus dikirim asli, ngga boleh scan copy, dihalaman terakhir dokumen ini bagian kamu yang harus isi dan tandatangan, jangan lupa dibuat salinannya.

Proof/justification of relations documentation of civil status: Dokumen ini harus disiapkan oleh kedua belah pihak, untuk pihak sponsor biasanya didapat dari kantor pajak, again, harus dikirim asli ga boleh scan copy. Untuk kita, biasanya berupa surat keterangan single, surat ini bisa didapatkan dari kantor kelurahan, bawa surat pengantar dari RT/RW, mengisi surat penyataan yang isinya menyatakan bahwa kamu masih single dan belum menikah, suratnya harus ditandatangani diatas materai. Setelah jadi suratnya dikirim untuk diterjemahkan ke sworn translator. Waktu saya bikin surat pengantar RT/RW untuk ke kelurahan, mereka bingung kenapa kok surat keterangan single bukan keterengan pengantar untuk menikah? Bilang aja kalo dokumen ini untuk aplikasi visa, bukan untuk pengantar menikah.

Persyaratan yang lain sepertinya lebih mudah dan common, jadi ngga perlu dijelasin disini, tapi kalo memang ada yang mau ditanyakan feel free aja ya... 

Karena tahun lalu saya apply visa schengen Norway, saya udah punya record biometrics di kedutaan. Data biometrics ini akan berlaku selama 5 tahun, so selama itu kita bisa terus pake pihak ketiga untuk pengajuan aplikasinya. Saya minta tolong temen saya, kalo kamu ngga ada temen yang bantu, travel agent biasanya bisa bantu, jangan lupa bikin surat kuasa untuk pengajuan aplikasi, kalo untuk pengambilan dan pengiriman paspor bisa menggunakan jasa dari VFS, biasanya mereka menawarkan jasa tersebut.  

Kalo ini adalah aplikasi pertama kamu, maka kamu harus datang sendiri langsung ke visa application centre di Kuningan City untuk menyerahkan dokumen aplikasi dan pengambilan data biometrics-nya. 

Good luck buat temen-temen yang mau apply visa ini, jangan cepat ciut liat persyaratannya ya, kalo udah dijalani it's actually not as bad as you might have thought! ;-)

I hardly believe that it's almost two years since my last post in this blog!

It's been quite a life journey I have had in those last two years, life is treating me very well, really can't complain about it, enjoying the best times of my life 

Baking is still one of my main hobby amongst many others, testing countless of new recipes, I started focusing my baking in pies and tarts, I was really inspired from my last trip to Norway on the last summer. I went for berry picking numerous of times, and it was really a joyful time! Always end the day with baking wild fresh berry pies 

I hope I can post more of my tested recipe here, not really my own recipe though, it's actually recipes I found from websites and magazines, probably adjusting a bit so definitely will always mention the source 

Well, I think it's enough as a come back post in this blog, more posts to come I hope! 

This is how I ended my 2011 and started my 2012

I wish everybody a great year to embrace in 2012! :)

What a way to end the 2011 and start 2012, we decided to spent our end of year at the city town hall to watch the fireworks and not only that we're also selling drinks and food! haha it's the best way I've ever had in spending the time at the end of the year.

Inspired by a friend who did the same for the New Year eve 2010, so it was decided that we will sell some snacks and my friend will sell the drinks, at first I was thinking of more to cakes or breads, however the result was changed last minutes when another friend reminds me of what most of Indonesian likes, oh yes it is, we do really love deep fried snacks! Then I made 57 rissoles, 24 pcs of steamed brownie, steamed and deep fried tofu with vegies and last but not least the deep fried corn and vegies, made it all by myself, it was lots of works but I guess it was worth the effort.

Then finally the time has come, most of the roads in Batam Center were closed, I have to make a bit of round to get to the place where we will have our food sold. I guess I was forgetting of how the people here would like to have, they want it delicious, big and cheap, I believe I got the first two covered but I totally forgetting the last one! haha I was almost pessimistic that I will not get all the food sold, but I guess my worries were nothing, at the end of the night all the food were finished and I was really happy, another experience, the first time and it was a good one, I know what to expect if we want to do the same next time.

Finally, the 2011 was ended and welcome the 2012.......

I got home at 02.30AM after dropping off my mom at my sister's place. I had no energy left that I didn't bother to put on the night creams before I went to bed :P

I had some dreams but only one that I can remember very well and made me questioning myself, how can be on earth that a Rafael Nadal would even look at me?! hahahaha even in the dream I couldn't believe it was happening! hahahaha he was chasing after me, sending a private jet to pick me up, went for holiday and meeting his family, showered me with love and luxury, just like what he'd normally have as a famous tennis player in the world probably! Wild one! haha what a way to start the 2012, totally loved it! :D

End of Year Note and Welcoming the 2012

I really can't believe that it was actually more than a year ago since the last time I updated this blog! What can possibly happen in a year? :) Well, there are too many things and for sure I won't be able to describe one by one, however, some of it might be the important milestones in my life :)

It's been a tough year, it's been ups and downs, it's been a psychological turmoil, there have been some excitements and expectations, the laughs and the tears, happiness and sadness, all came in a one full package of a year.

And now, it suddenly came to another end of year again, amazed me how fast the time had gone, there are so many occasions when I can't recall what I have done in a day, felt like I've been doing nothing when realize the day is going to be over as I felt the time was too short for a day, is it something normal these days? or it's just me?

A new year soon to come, some people thinks that it is necessary to have new year resolutions for the coming year, I'm not sure of how it is for myself, but for this coming 2012 I think I have few things in my mind and this time I will try to list down so that I can make a comprehensive review at the end of the next year :)

So here are my 2012 resolutions,

• Be more serious in doing my cake business, I really want to grow it, there are so many things I have to improve
• Getting proper equipment for my baking ware, I don't want to kill myself again when I decided to receive larger order :)

At least both of it have been wandering around my mind for quite sometimes and I feel like it is the time for me to really start it. I'm sure I have more things but I can let it out just yet, it still stucks somewhere in my mind and looking for a way to burst out :)

So for this time, I just want to wish everybody out there a very Happy New Year of 2012, wishing you all and myself a great year of 2012 and till the next time :)

Jalan-jalan ke Pulau Bintan

Bergabung dengan komunitas Couch Surfing sebetulnya memberikan banyak keuntungan bagi mereka yang gemar traveling, melalui komunitas yang sama pula saya mendapatkan banyak informasi mengenai hal-hal yang ingin saya ketahui berkaitan dengan traveling yang akan saya lalukan. Namun untuk kali ini bukan Couch Surfing yang ingin saya ceritakan, tetapi perjalanan terakhir saya ke pulau Bintan yang menurut saya sangat mengesankan!

Lain kali akan saya coba untuk menjelaskan Couch Surfing dari kacamata saya.

Perjalanan ke pulau Bintan sebetulnya dimulai secara tidak sengaja, suatu malam saya masuk ke Couch Surfing grup Singapore dan mendapati satu thread mengenai rencana perjalanan ke Bintan ataupun Tioman island di Malaysia. Dikarenakan Tioman island ditutup dengan alasan sedang dalam masa moonson maka perjalanan pun akhirnya diputuskan untuk pergi ke pulau Bintan, saya masih ragu untuk memutuskan apakah saya akan ikut perjalanan itu atau tidak dan pada saat saya menunjukan thread itu kepada salah satu sahabat saya, dia berhasil meyakinkan saya untuk ikut perjalanan tersebut.

Jadilah saya membaca satu per satu thread yang pada saat itu jumlah reply-nya sudah hampir 60an (cukup banyak peminat rupanya), dan saya menjadi orang terakhir yang menjawab thread tersebut, bertanya apakah masih memungkinkan bagi saya untuk bergabung, karena waktu sudah mepet (saya menjawab thread pada Kamis malam, padahal rencana keberangkatan mereka hari Jum’at!) jadilah saya mencari organizer acara tersebut dan mengirimkan email terpisah, senangnya sewaktu dia membalas bahkan sampai mengurus semuanya juga (transportasi dan hotel disana) saya hanya tinggal memikirkan ferry dari pulau Batam ke pulau Bintan...
